Except as required by law, this Limited Warranty is not intended for and does not apply to anyone else, including anyone to

2.FollowMicrosoft’sshippingandotherinstructionsifitdeterminesthatallorpartofYourHardwareDeviceorSOFTWARE
requiresreturn.ToobtaintheLimitedWarrantyperformance,Youmusttakeordelivertheitemineitheritsoriginal
packagingorpackagingthatprovidesanequaldegreeofprotectiontothelocationspeciedbyMicrosoft.Exceptas
otherwiserequiredbylegislationinYourjurisdiction,costsassociatedwithtransport(includingpackaging)forwarranty
serviceshallbeatYourexpense.
3.DeleteorremoveanylesordataYouconsiderprivateorcondentialpriortosendingtheitemtoMicrosoft.
