Usage Features
Installation:
The oven should be placed on a level surface with adequate open space for intake and outlet vents. A minimum clearance of 3.0 inches (7.5cm) is required between the oven and adjacent walls, with one side remaining open. A minimum clearance of 12 inches (30cm) is needed above the oven. The legs at the bottom of the oven should not be removed. It is crucial not to block intake and outlet openings, as this can damage the oven. The oven should be plugged into a standard household outlet matching the voltage and frequency on the rating label. It should not be installed over a range cooktop or other heat-producing appliances.
Turntable Installation:
The glass tray and turntable ring assembly must always be used during cooking. Food and containers are placed on the glass tray. The glass tray should never be placed upside down or restricted. In case of cracks or breakage, contact an authorized service center.

Troubleshooting Guide:
The manual provides a troubleshooting chart for common issues:
- Oven will not start: Check if the electrical cord is plugged in, the door is closed, or if the wrong operation is set.
- Arcing or sparking: Ensure only microwave-safe cookware is used, do not operate the oven empty, and clean any spilled food in the cavity.
- Unevenly cooked foods: Use microwave-safe cookware, ensure food is completely defrosted, use correct cooking time and power level, and turn or stir food.
- Overcooked foods: Use correct cooking time and power level.
- Undercooked foods: Use microwave-safe cookware, ensure food is completely defrosted, check that oven ventilation ports are not restricted, and use correct cooking time and power level.
- Improper defrosting: Use microwave-safe cookware, use correct cooking time and power level, and turn or stir food.
If problems persist after following the troubleshooting steps, contact an authorized service center.
General Care:
- Cleaning: When cleaning surfaces of the door and oven that come together when closing, use only mild, nonabrasive soaps or detergent applied with a sponge or soft cloth.
- Prevention of Damage: Do not attempt to operate the oven if it is damaged (bent door, broken hinges/latches, damaged door seals). Do not attempt to adjust or repair the oven yourself; only qualified service personnel should perform repairs. Failure to maintain the oven in a clean condition can lead to deterioration and hazardous situations.
