2) Remove the fan
motor wire from the
PCB of outer driver
DC motor
3) Remove the stickers
stick to the volute
shell
4) Remove the below
volute shell
5) Disassemble the fan
motor fixing clamps
to remove the fan
motor assembly and
fan wheel assembly
6) Disassemble the fan
wheels, then you
can remove the fan
motor

panel
assembly
1) Remove the air
return grille
Repeat the operation of step1 of No.2
2) Remove the left and
right cover by
screwing off the
screw and moving
them according to
the arrow direction
3) Remove the top
cover by screwing of
the fixing screws

Press the clips to take off the volute shell
The fan motor assembly
and fan wheel assembly
can be removed after took
off the 2screws used to fix
the fan motor fixing
clamps.
