1. Three vertical wind blades were respectively
taken to install the clamping bars into the slot
of the air blade support;
2. Take a air grid and insert the air blade
assembly into 3 holes, and the support end is
placed in the slot of the air grid;
3. Add a small amount of grease to the position
of the outlet grid slot, take a pressure plate and
install it at the end of the outlet grid slot, and
press the vertical blade.

同步电机安装
Synchronous motor installation
1. 取一同步电机，将偏心轮孔（宽边朝内）
对准同步电机扁位按压到位；
2. 取适量润滑脂涂在偏心轮窄面周圈，并将
同步电机对应出风格栅风叶支架安装好，螺
钉孔对位。分别取 2 颗 ST3.9*12 螺钉将同步
电机紧固在出风格栅上；
3．将出风格栅组件对应安装入前壳组件中并
将同步电机的线束卡在卡槽上。
1. Take a synchronous motor and press the
eccentric hole (wide side facing inward) into
the flat position of the synchronous motor;
2. Apply proper amount of grease to the
narrow face circle of the eccentric wheel, and
install the synchronous motor corresponding to
the grille air blade bracket and screw hole in
the opposite position. Two ST3.9*12 screws
