Th er e are thr ee c omponent s o f th e filt erin g sy stem: the main fil ter, the coar se fi lter, and the fi ne filter.
Fine filte r
This fi lte r holds s oil a nd foo d resi due in the sump ar ea and preve nts it fr om bei ng
rede posi te d o n the dishes duri ng a cycle.
Main filter
Food and soil part icles trapp ed by this fil ter a re pulverized by a sp ecia l jet on
the low er spray arm and w ashed down the dr ain.
If your dishwasher is left in an unheated place during the winter, ask a servic e technician to:
Cut off electrical po wer to the dishwas her. Remove
fuses or trip c ircuit brea ker.
Turn off the water supply and disconnect the water
inlet pipe from the water val ve.
Drain water from the inlet and water valve.pipe

Reconnect the water inlet to the
water valve.

Remove the plastic sump cover in the
tub the bottom and use a sponge to
soak up water in rubber boot.

b earings. Wash the ar ms i n s oapy an d w a rm wa t er an d us e a s oft b rus h to clea n the jet s . Re plac e t h e m af ter r ins ing
themthoroughly.
Step Turn the filter in anti-clockwise direction,
t hen lift it up.

If do it from step1 to step 3, the filter system w ill be removed; Reverse operate by placing the
main filter ,then screw up the fine filter to finish installation
