alert ON/OFF

PTT press or
4 sec timeout will store
current setting
Channel number will flash and will
increment or decrement when ^/CALL
or v/LOCK are pressed.
Small 7-segment display will
alternate between oF and on when
^/CALL or v/LOCK are pressed.
Range of channels is 1 to 10.
Leading zero is displayed.
The weather icon wil flash in all
modes when weather alerts are
“on”.
