Wok ring
Use the wok ring supplied to give
additional stability to the wok,
especially to woks with a rounded
base.
Make sure that the wok ring is
located securely in its correct
position. See illustration.
The wok is unique among cookware in
that it has a small base diameter and a
large rim diameter (usually 35-40cm).
