There must be a minimum distance of
20 mm between the main tower shaft
and the ceiling so that the main shaft
can be taken off if the cooker hood is
dismantled at a later date.
Extension piece
An extension piece allows the cooker
hood to be fitted at varying distances
from the ceiling.
The different measurements for the
height H are due to the different
method of installation for the extension
piece for extraction or for recirculation
connection. Refer to the section on in-
stallation.
