Limiting the adjustable range
If the recommended safety distance
is not adhered to when the hood is
in its lowest position, the extension
range must be adjusted (see
"Appliance dimensions").
You can use the limit switch to set the
lower adjustable height range.

Install the hood as described in the
enclosed Installation diagram.
^
Press the "X" button. The canopy
moves to the lowest position.
^ Remove the grease filter from the
appliance.
^
Remove the safety screw from the
canopy.

Hold the chimney securely
throughout the following steps.
Danger of injury.
^ Push the chimney upwards.
^
Secure the chimney using the
previously removed safety screw.
