Problem Possible cause and remedy
The crockery is not
warm enough.
The function for warming plates and disheshas
not been selected.
Select the correct function.
The temperature setting is too low.
Select a higher temperature.
The air vents are covered.
Ensure that the air can circulate freely.
The crockery has not been allowed to heat up for a
sufficiently long time.
Various factors affect how long crockery takes to
heat up (see “Warming crockery”).
The crockery is too hot. The Warming plates/dishes or Warmingcups/
glasses function has not been selected.
Select the correct function.
The temperature setting is too high.
Select a lower temperature.
