Proceed as follows:

Press and release the controls.

Switch the oven on by pressing the ON/OFF switch s
gently.
The Main menu will appear in the display.

Four functions will appear in the left-hand column. They can
be selected directly.
Alternatively you can change this list via the SETTINGS menu
to suit your particular preferences. See "Changing settings -
Main menu").
Further functions are available via the "ALL FUNCTIONS"
menu.
The options shown in the right-hand column, have further
options within them.
^ Turn the function selector clockwise until the menu option
you want is highlighted in the display.
^
Press the selector gently to call up this option.
If you call up Cooking functions (e.g FAN PLUS) you can
make changes to the pre-set temperatures and times.
