Gourmet Casserole Dishes HUB and
Lids HBD
Miele Gourmet Casserole Dishes can
be placed directly on the wire oven
rack. They have an anti-stick coating.
The oven dishes have depths of 8 1/2"
(22 cm) or 13 3/4" (35 cm). They have
the same width and height.
Matching lids are also available
separately.

Wireless Roast Probe
The oven is equipped with a wireless
roast probe that enables you to monitor
the temperature of the cooking process
simply and accurately (see "Roasting -
Wireless roast probe"). The roast probe
is kept in the front frame of the oven.
