Problem Cause and remedy
The gas flame goes out
during use.
The burner parts are not positioned correctly.
Position the burner parts correctly.
The ignitor on the
burner does not spark.
The mains fuse has tripped.
You may need to contact a registered electrical
worker or Miele.
There is food residue stuck between the ignitor and
the burner cap.
There is food residue on the thermocouple.
Remove any soiling (See „Cleaning and care“).
