  If your Miller Welding System's fan is running but there's no weld output, it might be due to the thermostat being open because of overheating. Let the fan continue to run so the unit can cool down. The thermostat should close once the unit has cooled sufficiently.

  If your Miller Welding System has low weld output and no control, make sure to check the position of the Amperage Control. If the issue persists, have a Factory Authorized Service Agent check the control board PC1.
