This product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for two years
following the date of purchase if operated in accordance with printed recommendations
and instructions. This warranty does not cover any defects or damages caused by
service or repair performed by unauthorized personnel.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE IS LIMITED TO TWO YEARS FOLLOWING THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
WAGNER SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF THE
WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER REASON. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO
ACCESSORIES.
If any product is defective in material and workmanship during the applicable warranty
period, return it with proof of purchase to where it was purchased for replacement.
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED
WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
