□ Place a 1 in. Spacer (J) and a 3/4 in. Flat Washer
(B) onto the Axle (P) up against the Under Carriage
(N).
□ Next place the Wheel (K) onto the Axle (P).
□ Then place a 3/4 in. Flat Washer (B) onto the Axle
(P) up against the Wheel (K).
□ Secure the Wheel (K) by inserting a 1/8 in. x 1-1/4
in. Cotter Pin (A) through the hole at the end of the
Axle (P) and spreading the legs of the 1/8 in. x 1-
1/4 in. Cotter Pin (A) outward.
□ Repeat for the other side.
□ Place the Cart in the upright position.
□ Insert 1 in. Square Tube Plug (H) into each side of
the Tailgate Support Tube.
