Has the power source of the Drying fan unit to be separated
from the printer's?
Yes, it has to be. Power supply of less than 1.4A is required. (No
restriction on voltage)

Is the power source required for the Air exhaust unit
separately from the printer or the Drying fan unit?
No, it doesn’t. Because, the Air exhaust unit draws power from the
Drying fan.
In order to use the Air exhaust unit, the Drying fan unit has to be
installed at the same time.

What is the precaution when using external heater?
Please use a Relay Box to make it work in conjunction with the
printer's state.
