CHANGING THE RESERVOIR ONLY
MINIMED™ 780G SYSTEM | MEDTRONIC EXTENDED INFUSION SET

START HERE

Wash your hands.

Select New Reservoir.

Disconnect the tubing from the cannula housing. Do not
remove the cannula housing from your body.

With the infusion set tubing removed from your body and the reservoir
removed from the pump, select Rewind.

Remove the used reservoir from the pump.
Continue with “Fill the
Reservoir” on the next page.
NOTE: The Extended Wear infusion set can be used
for up to seven days. The reservoir can be used for
up to three days or seven days; refer to your reservoir
instruction for use. To avoid wasting insulin, ll the
reservoir with enough insulin to last until the next
infusion set change.
When you change the infusion set, change all of its
pieces (the cannula housing, tubing, and reservoir).
Disconnect the infusion set tubing connector from the used reservoir. Place the tubing
on a clean surface. Do not throw it away.
Dispose of the used reservoir in an appropriate container
according to local laws.
