value Y (or luminance difference cY), chromaticity x (or,
chromaticity difference cx), chromaticity y (or chromatic-
ity difference c y).

Outputs only error check command.

When chromaticity measuring range over(same as E0 display)
Following the error check command, outputs y luminance
value Y (or luminance difference c Y), error constant.
