When a
Minolta
X-series
Auto
Electroflash
is
being used on the
XG-A
with
the
camera's
shutter-function
se)ector set
at
any
position
other
than
"B,"
the
"60"
LED
in
the
finder
will
blink
as
a flash-ready signal and
the
shutter
will
be
automatically
switched
over
to
1
/60
sec
_
for
proper
X sync. I f
you
are using an elec-
tronic
flash
other
than
an X-series
Auto
Elec-
troflash,
the
shutter-function
selector
must
be
set at
"X"
to
assure
proper
coverage
of
the
film
frame
.

NOTE
As
indicated
by
the
table,
1/60
is
the
maximum
shutter
speed

nization.
Slower
speeds can also be used
under
certain
conditions
if
desired
for
particu
lar
effects. Be sure
not
to
use speeds faster
than
1/60,
(i.e.
1/125
and
upward)
with
electronic
or
auto-flash
units
.
Connecting
flash
units
Cordless
clip-on
flash
units
such
as
the
Auto
Electroflash
200X
and
132X
are
attached
and
electrically
connected
by
simply
sliding
them
into
the
camera's
hot
shoe.
