17. Starting up the sparkling water = Sparkling version
Select «Sparkling water» and press on the dispensing button until water runs.
Connect the CO2 cartridge to CO2 inlet (Figure 9).

Adjust CO2 pressure to 3,5 bars.
Press on the sparkling water button for about 20 seconds, until water run. The pump turns on and fill the
carbonator. The pump must make noise when triggered.
Sparkling water is now operational.
INSTALLATION
The quality of sparkling water depends on water temperature. You have to wait the
complete formation of ice bank (around 2H) before judging the quality of parkling
water.
Choose the right CO2 cartridge :
There are 2 types of solutions : single-use CO2 cartridges and rechargeable CO2 cartridges.
You will find below the list of the cartridges we recommend :
600gr single-use cartridge : D.75 x H.310mm - Reference 5144001
6Kg cartridge : D.168 x H.640mm

ATTENTION : check the inside of the water tank : a layer of ice must gradually form around the stain-
les steel coils.
After 40min, you will be able to used cold or sparkling water, but 2H will be required (after the connec-
tion of the water cooler) for the ice bank to be completely formed.
18. Screw the top and side plates back on.
In case of malfunction, close the CO2 cartridge. Then, select «sparkling water» and
press on the dispensing button until water runs.
ATTENTION : if the water heater is not on the «O» position, the element will heat up blank and
may break.
Select «Cold water» and press on the dispensing button until water ran.
Then, select «Hot water» and press on the dispensing button until ambient water ran out. The water heater is
now filled.
Put the switch in ON position : «I».
After 10min, check that when you press on Hot water, hot water is running.
