How to troubleshoot Mitsubishi Electric Inverter torque control issues?

If the torque control isn't working correctly on your Mitsubishi Electric Inverter, here's what to check: * Ensure the motor or encoder wiring is in the correct phase sequence. * Verify that the Control method selection (Pr. 800) is properly configured. * Input the correct speed limit value (the motor won't rotate if this is set to 0Hz). * Confirm the torque command from the command device is accurate. * Consider decreasing the PWM frequency selection (Pr. 72) or increasing the Torque setting filter 1 (Pr. 826). * Recalibrate the Terminal 1 bias and gain commands for torque/magnetic flux (C16, C17, C18, C19). * If torque varies due to motor temperature, select magnetic flux observer by setting Pr. 95.
