4-4 Note for Assembling the Transmission.
1. Attaching "hook part" of the spring to the
hole of HUB.
2. Insert the "hook part" of the spring(1)
and spring(2) in the respectively different
hole.
3. If the spring(1) and spring(2) are hung on
the same hole, HUB may break.

Lock nut
1. Tightening lock nut so that the start torque
of the pinion gear may become 0.98 to
1.27Nm, and pressurizing is given to taper
bearings.
2. In order that a lock nut may not loosen,
it crushes so that it may get into the slot
of the pinion shaft.
