Why Mitsubishi PLH-3AK.UK Air Conditioner remote controller display does not appear?
    • R
      Richard McfarlandAug 3, 2025
If the Mitsubishi Air Conditioner remote controller display doesn't appear when you press the power button: * First, measure the voltage between the terminals of the remote controller. If there's no voltage, remove the terminals and measure the voltage between the wires. If the voltage is between 6VDC and 12V, replace the remote controller. * Second, check for a short circuit in the transmission wire, bad contact at indoor CN40, whether CN40 is attached to a sub unit, a damaged power board, bad contact of CN2D, a blown fuse, or if the circuit breaker is OFF. If none of these are defective, replace the indoor controller board.

What to do if Mitsubishi PLH-3AK.UK operating display appears, but disappears soon?
    • B
      Betty MoralesAug 10, 2025
If the operating display on your Mitsubishi Air Conditioner remote appears briefly and then disappears, the issue might be: * A short circuit in the indoor/outdoor connecting wire. * A short circuit in the transmission wire. * Interference from noise waves emitted by other appliances. To resolve this: * Check the wiring for any shorts. * Turn the circuit breaker OFF and then ON again. If the problem persists, replace the indoor controller board.

How to fix Mitsubishi PLH-3AK.UK Air Conditioner display 'CENTRALLY CONTROLLED' on remote controller?
    • M
      meganmacdonaldAug 17, 2025
If the 'CENTRALLY CONTROLLED' display on your Mitsubishi Air Conditioner remote controller won't disappear, it could be due to: * Incorrect address settings for the remote controller or indoor controller board. * A timer adapter connected to the remote controller. * Signal transmission errors between the indoor unit and remote controller. To address this: * Check the address settings of the remote controller and indoor controller. * Ensure the timer adapter is correctly used. * Try turning DIP SW17-7 ON on another remote controller to make it a sub-controller, connect it to the unit, and turn the circuit breaker ON. If the 'centrally controlled' display disappears, replace the original remote controller. If it remains, replace the indoor controller board.

What does 'EO' mean on my Mitsubishi PLH-3AK.UK Air Conditioner remote controller?
    • N
      Nathan HawkinsAug 27, 2025
If the check code 'EO' appears when you turn on the Mitsubishi Air Conditioner remote controller, it indicates a signal transmission error between the indoor unit and the remote controller. To troubleshoot: 1. Connect a sub remote controller. 2. Turn the circuit breaker ON. If the display 'centrally controlled' remains, replace the indoor controller board. 3. If the display disappears, turn the remote controller POWER button ON and check the remote controller and sub remote controller for malfunctions of indoor unit and remote controller.
