      If the filling level control lamp lights up and a signal sounds on your MKN Fryer (units with FSC), it indicates that there is not enough frying fat. To resolve this, switch off the unit and add more frying fat, making sure to observe the filling mark. After topping up, wait for 2 minutes, then switch the unit back on. If the control lamp remains lit, allow the unit to cool down further before restarting.
