Headset
Sometimes it may be necessary to reset your headset if you are experiencing issues
or you wish to give it to someone else. If you need to reset your headset follow the
instructions below.
NOTE: Resetting your headset may cause data that hasn’t been synchronized with the

Connect the power cable supplied to a USB charging port and to the headset
Ensure orange LED is lit (indicating headset is charging)
Hold the power button on the side of the headset for more than 10 seconds until you
hear a series of beeps.
The device is now reset and you should be able to use your headset as normal.
Turning Your Headset Off
During use, or when the device is in stand-by and ready to be used, press the power
button on the side of the headset for at least 2 seconds.
You will hear a low pitched beep to indicate that the headset has powered off and
after 10 seconds the app will revert to searching for your headset.
Charge your headset after each use, ready for your next session.
