  If your Moen Plumbing Product controller isn't getting power, check these potential causes: * Ensure the data cable is fully inserted into both the controller and the shower valve. * Verify the AC power adapter is correctly plugged into the electrical outlet and the shower valve. * Check if the home power circuit breaker or GFCI has tripped and reset it if necessary. * If the home power is off, restore it or use an optional battery backup kit. * If using a battery backup, restore home power, unplug the battery backup cable, install batteries correctly (replacing them if needed), and plug the cable back into the shower valve. * A system reset may be required.
