8. PROBLEM’S SOLUTION
BREAKDOWN
CECK FOLLOWING:
The engine don’t work
the battery is perfectly locked in place
the battery key is ON (for Ebike20 / 26/28 and EMTB26)
the button in the frame is ON (for E16teen)
the battery button is ON (for Ebike28 Pro, EMTB27.5 / 29
and EMTB FS 27.5 / 29)
the handlebar display is on
the battery is charged
the brake levers are not activated (not applicable to
bicycles with hydraulic disc brakes)
there is no disconnected or broken cable
The battery don’t charge
It’s correctly connected to the charger and the same to the
electricity network.
At connect to the charger the red led light it’s on
The rear light don’t work
The connection cable is not well fiton the spot light
(except for battery-independent pilots running on other
kinds of batteries)
