What to do if I experience performance or minor technical issues on Monogram ZHU36RSPSS Cooktop?
    • B
      Barry LeeSep 23, 2025
If you're experiencing performance or minor technical issues, including seeing 20F or 100F as the set temperature, the unit or pan software might be outdated. Connect your unit to the SmartHQ app and update the unit software. Also, connect your unit and pan to the Hestan Smart Cooking app and update the pan software.

What to do if the Power arc ON indicator is blinking on Monogram ZHU36RSPSS Cooktop?
    • R
      Robert WilliamsAug 25, 2025
If the "ON" indicator is blinking on your Monogram Cooktop, it could be due to several reasons: * The pan type is incorrect; use a magnet to check if your cookware is induction compatible. * The pan is too small; ensure the pan size is above the minimum for the element. * The pan is not positioned correctly; center the pan in the cooking ring. * The +, -, or control lock pads were touched before an element was turned on; see the Operating the Cooking Elements section.

    • P
      Peter SalazarAug 26, 2025

Why are the surface elements on my Monogram Cooktop not working properly?
    • R
      Ryan WilsonAug 27, 2025

What to do if Monogram ZHU36RSPSS Cooktop pan won't pair or activate when tapping handle?
    • M
      Michael GriffinAug 27, 2025
If your pan isn't pairing or activating when tapping the handle, consider these potential causes: 1. The tapping force may be too light. Try double tapping the pan with firm taps on the black plastic endcap. 2. The battery in the pan may be low or dead. Replace the AAA battery, installing it with the positive end out of the handle. 3. You might be using different pan hardware. Ensure your pan has a black endcap that unscrews from the end of the handle. Pans with an oval module reading "Hestan Cue®" will not work.

Why is my Monogram ZHU36RSPSS precision probe not accurately maintaining low temperatures?
    • K
      Kelly MooreSep 15, 2025
If your precision probe isn't maintaining low temperatures accurately, the pot size, pot set-up, and/or burner size you are using may be unsuitable to hold low temperatures. Remove the lid, use a larger diameter pot, or use a smaller burner. Please keep your unit connected and install upcoming updates to improve performance.

Why did my Monogram ZHU36RSPSS Cooktop cancel my precision cooking mode?
    • C
      christine46Sep 12, 2025
If the unit cancelled your precision cooking mode on Monogram Cooktop: * Replace the AAA battery in the pan, or charge the probe. * Connect your unit to the SmartHQ app and update the unit software. Connect your unit and pan to the Hestan Smart Cooking app and update the pan software. * If your precision cooking device has gone out of range, this could indicate a problem with the device. If the problem persists, please contact the device manufacturer. * If problem persists under the same conditions but is not consistent in other use cases, contact the unit manufacturer.

Why is my Monogram Cooktop cooking so slowly?
    • D
      dustin39Sep 14, 2025
Slow cooking or the inability to maintain a rolling boil often results from using improper cookware. Ensure you are using pans recommended for induction, with flat bottoms that match the size of the surface element.

    Regina FloresSep 5, 2025
Why is the probe actual temperature not stable on Monogram Cooktop?
    • P
      Patricia PowellSep 5, 2025
If the probe actual temperature is not stable while the charger is inserted in your Monogram Cooktop, the electrical noise is impacting the signal. The probe should be charged before cooking, and not left plugged in while cooking.

    • M
      Michael HillSep 2, 2025
