UTILISATION DE LA BOITE DE DISTANCES

La boîte étroite comporte un ensemble supérieur baladeur à 6 dentures et
un pignon fixe inférieur à 3 dentures : elle permet 16 rapports différents.
Le tableau p. 22 indique les distances réalisables pour chaque distribution
: une décalcomanie sur le carter de la boîte de distances fournit les mêmes
indications.
Pour changer la distance, il faut pousser à fond le levier tendeur 
accrocher son taquet  puis placer face à face les dentures retenues.
Bloquer énergiquement la vis du pignon supérieur pour éviter son
déplacement.

USE OF THE SEED SPACING GEARBOX

The narrow seed spacing gearbox consists of a changeable upper cluster
fitted with 6-sprockets and a lower fixed 3-sprockets. This allows for 16
different gear ratios.
The chart p. 22 indicates the distances possible for each distribution disc.
A decal placed on the cover will provide the same information.
To change the seed spacing, push the idler lever , lock its pawl , then
align to the proper sprocket combination.
Tighten securely the screw of the upper sprocket cluster to avoid-any
possible sliding.

Each drive wheel block is furnished with an upper 6-sprocket gear cluster
~ and 3 interchangeable drive sprockets : 16 gear ratios similar to those of
the above standard gearbox are also possible.
To change the distance, fit the drive sprocket }Q$%RU&VHOHFWHGRQ
chart p. 22 to the shaft end then align carefully to this cluster the selected
sprocket of the sliding gear cluster ~ before tightening its screw.
Make sure to use teh same sprocket setting on both drive wheel
blocks.
The 2 unused drive sprockets } can be stocked at the end of shaft .
CAUTION : the above indicated spacings are theoretical and may vary

Double check for proper seed population as soon as you start the
planter and then at regular intervals.
Poor alignment of the sprockets and stiffness of the chain will cause
premature wear of the sprockets. use chain oil preferably to regular
oil for proper lubrication.

Das Schnalwechselgetriebe ist auf der oberen Welle einem sechsfach,
verschiebbaren Zahnadkranz und auf der unteren Welle mit einem fixen
Dreifachzahnrad ausgerüstet. Dies ermöglicht 16 verschiedene Drehzahlen

22 zeigt die möglichen Abstande für Jede Säscheibe.
Die gleiche Tabelle ist auf der Getriebe angrebracht.
Um die Pflanzenabstände zu verandern, wird der Kettenspanner

vorngedrückt und mit einem Hebel
 eingerastet. Dann suchen Sie die richtigen
Kombinationen der Zahnräder.
Sichern Sie das obere Zahnräder mit einer Schraube, damit das Zahnrad sich
nicht, seitlich verschiebt.

Die Antriebsradblöcke sind an der oberen Antriebswelle mit einem

Um den Pflanzenabstand zu ändern, befestigen Sie das Antriebsrad

richten Sie das Mehrfachzahnrad sorgfältig aus, bevor Sie die Schraube anziehen.
Benutzen Sie auf beiden Seiten der Antriebsradblöcke die gleichen
Mehrfachzahnräder.
Die zwei nicht gebrauchten Antriebszahnräder können am Ende der Achse

befestigt werden.

Um eine gute Aussaat zu erreichen überprüfen Sie die Sämaschine
mehrmals, einmal vor Beginn der Arbeit und dann in regelmäßigen
Abständen.
Schlechte Ausrichtung der Zahnräder und steife Ketten verursachen
vorzeitige Abnutzung der Zahnräder.
Verwenden Sie vorzugsweise Kettenöl für die regelmäßige Schmletung.

La caja de distancias estrecha lleva un conjunto de piñones desplazables de

La tabla p.
22 indicada las distancias realizables en cada distribución. La misma
tabla está reproducida en una calcomanía pegada a la caja de distancias.
Para cambiar la distancia es necesario empujar a fondo la palanca del tensor

bloquear su gatillo
 luego colocar frente a frente los dentados escogidos.
Bloquear energicamente el tornillo del piñon superior para immovilizarlo.

ATENCION : Las distancias indicadas son teóricas, puede haber una variación

Hay que efectuar antes de sembrar un control de densidad, y después de vez
en cuando también.
Si las cadenas están demasiado tensas o los piñones mal alineados, habrá un
desgaste prematuro de los piñones.
Use preferentemente gasoil para lubrificar y no aceite.
