Une forte densité de semis oblige le disque à une rotation rapide toujours néfaste à la
distribution surtout si les graines sont légères et naturellement difficiles à sélectionner.
Pour une densité désirée, choisir le disque qui comporte le plus de trous.
De même, une avance trop rapide ne peut que nuire à la régularité de terrage et entre
graines surtout si le terrain est motteux et chaotique.
A titre indicatif une bonne vitesse de semis serait de 2-3 km/h pour de fortes densités

Before putting the planter into operation, check that all main bolts are properly tightened.
Make sure that all planting units are equipped with the correct seed disc, installed in the
proper way and the seed scrapers are properly set in accordance with the instructions
on page 18. The chain rollers and tighteners may be stiff because of paint. Make sure
they are loose.

WORKING SPEED
This speed should be chosen as a function of the seed population and the ground
conditions.
A heavy seed population will cause the seed disc to rotate rapidly hindering the proper
distribution even more so if the seeds are light and thus difficult to meter. For the proper
seed population, choose the disc provided with the largest number of holes.
Excessive speed will hinder the planting accuracy and accurate seed spacing especially
if the ground is cloddy and rough.

Bearings and hubs without a grease zerk are lubrcated for life, therefore no greasing is
necessary.

Remove the covers of the metering box to clean the inside of the metering box and check

When cleaning check the brass fingers, scrapers and ejectors in the covers.

As soon as the planting season is over, empty the boxes an thoroughly clean the machine
before storing it in a dry and dust-free place.
Einsatzhinweise
Bevor Sie die Sämaschine in Betrieb nehmen, prüfen Sie ob alle Schrauben richtig
angezogen sind.
Vergewissern Sie sich, daß alle Säelemente mit der richtigen Säscheibe ausgerüstet sind.
Achten Sie darauf, daß der Abstreifer richtig eingesetzt ist und entsprechend der Anleitung
auf Seite 18 eingestellt ist. Kontrollieren Sie die Kettenspanner, evt. Farbe entfernen, und
auf richtige Einstellung achten.
Überprüfen Sie ob die Sämaschine parallel zum Boden angebaut ist und sämtliche
Sägehäuse und Luftschläuche Prüfen.
Die Gelenkwelle sollte nicht zu stark abgewinkelt sein beim Ausheben. Wenn Sie höher
ausheben, reduzieren Sie die Drehzahl beim Wenden.
Die Turbine sollte möglichst nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Auch bei 400 U/min wird das
Saatgut an der Säscheibe gehalten.
Prüfen Sie den richtigen Sitz der Zahnräder, Antriebsketten und Wechselgetriebe.
Bei feuchtem Wetter Sollte nicht gesät werden.
Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit
Die Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit richtet sich nach der Bodenbeschaffenheit und der
Aussaatmenge.
Wenn die Säscheibe zu schnell läuft, ist eine korrekte Aussaat bei großem und kleinem
Saatgut nicht möglich. Bei größeren Geschwindigkeiten ist es vorteilhaft, Säscheiben mit
mehr Löchern zu wählen.
Zu hohe Geschwindigkeiten und schlechte Bodenvorbereitung verhindern eine exakte
Aussat.

Bei mittleren Aussaatmengen 3-4 km/h und bei geringen Aussaatmengen 4-5 km/h,
vorausgesetzt das Feld ist gut vorbereitet.
Wartung
Reifendruck : 1 bar
Lager und Radnaben brauchen nicht geschmiert werden. Sie sind mit Selbstschmierlager
ausgerüstet.
Schmieren Sie die Ketten vom Wechselgetriebe, Radanbaublöcke und Säelement einmal

Ölen Sie die Kettenspanner und Wellen.
Überprüfen Sie während der Säsaison die Schrauben am DreiPunktgestange, lockere
Schrauben können Bruch verursachen.
Entfernen Sie den Deckel des Sägehäuses um das Innere zu reinigen, überprüfen Sie die
Löcher der Säscheiben öfters wenn Sie kleinen und Schwierigen Samen aussäen. Bei der
Reinigung überprüfen Sie die Finger, Abstreife und Auswerfer.
Bitte, beachten Sie daß kein Saatgut oder Granulat bei feuchtem Wetter im Behälter ist.
Sobald die Säsaison vorrüber ist, entleeren Sie die Saatgutbehälter und reinigen Sie die
Maschine und stellen Sie diese auf einen trockenen und staubfreien Platz.
ALGUNOS CONSEJOS PARA LA PUESTA EN MARCHA
Antes de la puesta en marcha asegurarse bien que las principales tuercas y
tornillos están bien bloqueados.
Verificar que todos los cuerpos sembradores llevan el mismo tipo de disco y que están
montados en el sentido correcto.
Que los selectores están colocados conforme a las instrucciones de la página 18, que los
rodetes y los tensores de cadena no están frenados por la pintura.
Asegurarse del aplomo ó nivel de la sembradora (enganche posición vertical, barra porta-

tubos. El ángulo del cardan de transmisión no debe ser muy cerrado para no colisionar
con algún elemento al levantar la máquina. Si fuere el caso reduzca el régimen de la
turbina a 400 R.P.M. (con estas revoluciones las semillas siguen estando pegadas al
GLVFR)XHUDGHODVPDQLREUDVLQGLVSHQVDEOHVQRGHMDUQXQFDODVHPEUDGRUDOHYDQWDGD
con la turbina en marcha. Vea y vigile la alineación de los piñones y cadenas, de los blocs-
ruedas y de la caja de distancias. No siembre en tiempo lluvioso.
VELOCIDAD DE TRABAJO
Se debe escoger una velocidad en función de la densidad de semilla y de la calidad
del terreno.&RQ XQ JUDQ GHQVLGDG GHVHPLOODVVHREOLJD DO GLVFR D XQDURWDFLyQPX\
rápida perjudiciable a una buena distribución, en particular si los granos son pequeños,
ligeros y naturalmente difíciles de seleccionar. Para una densidad determinada escoger
de preferencia el disco que tenga más agujeros. Igalmente un avance demasiado rápido
va en detrimento de la regularidad de enterramiento y distancia entre granos, sobre
todo si el terreno está lleno de terrones ó es caótico. A título indicativo, una buena

las densidades máximas previstas en cada disco. 3-4 km/h para densidades medias.
4-5 km/h para pequeñas densidades con granos fáciles de seleccionar y un terreno bien
preparado.
MANTENIMIENTO
Presión de hinchado de los neumáticos : 1 atmósfera.
Los ejes sin engrasador aparente llevan anillo ó rodamientos perennes. No hay que
hacerles ningún engrasado. Engrasar una vez al día las cadenas de la caja de distancias,
de los blocs-ruedas y del cuerpo sembrador (usar con preferencia gasoil que no retiene

Verificar en el transcurso de la campaña la buena fijación de las piezas de enganche ; las
tuercas flojas provocarían la rotura de bridas y tornillos.

la limpieza verifique, en las tapas, la elasticidad de los diferentes tetones de bronce, los
selectores y ejectores. Limpiar, después de retirar las tapas, las cajas de distribución (ver
SDUSRUORPHQRVXQDYH]DOGtDVLORVJUDQRVVRQGLItFLOHV1RGHMDUGHQWURGHODVWROYDV
granos o microgránulos cuando la sembradora esté en reposo sobre todo en atmósfera
húmida. Una vez terminada la campaña de siembra, proceda a un vaciado y limpiado
completo de la sembradora antes de guardarla al abrigo del polvo y de la humedad.
