j. Let the sealant dry according to the application
directions on the sealant tube.
k. Remove the metal spacers.
l. Apply a second coat of sealant with a sealant gun
around the rim of the windshield.
m. Smooth the line of sealant with a wooden
tongue depressor.
n. Let the sealant dry according to the application
directions on the sealant tube.
After sealant cures, excess may be removed with a
sharp razor knife.
o. Apply decorative bead around the rim of the
windshield.
p. Check for water leaks.
