Maintenance Features

- Dust Cup Cleaning:
- The dust cup should be emptied when the dust level exceeds the MAX sign to prevent suction weakening.
- To empty, detach the telescopic tube from the main body, open the dust cup lid, and dump the dust.
- To detach the dust cup for thorough cleaning, press and hold the release button and turn it clockwise.
- HEPA Filter Cleaning:
- The HEPA filter and mesh shell should be removed by holding and turning the filter case clockwise. The HEPA filter itself is then turned clockwise and taken out of the mesh shell.
- Both the HEPA filter and mesh shell can be rinsed with running water.
- After rinsing, they must be air-dried completely for 24 hours before reassembly.
- It is recommended to wash the filter every 2 weeks and replace it every 2 months to maintain sufficient filter system performance and suction power. Failure to do so may lead to insufficient filtration and loss of suction.
- Floor Brush Cleaning:
- The floor brush may get stuck due to foreign objects, indicated by a flashing indicator light or a stopped roller brush.
- To clean, detach the tube from the floor brush by pressing and holding the release button.
- Push the release switch towards the "lock" icon on the side of the floor brush to detach the buckle.
- Grab the roller brush head and remove it.
- Use a cleaning brush to remove entangled hair and strings from the roller brush.
- When reassembling, ensure the round side of the roller brush attaches to the plastic axle first, and the arc-shaped part on the other side is downward.
- Insert the buckle back into place until a "click" is heard.
- Clog Clearing:
- Low suction or poor pick-up performance, accompanied by a flashing blue light and stopped vacuum, may indicate a clog.
- Users should check and clear clogs in the floor brush (using the blade provided), telescopic tube, dust cup, and HEPA filter.
- Ensure all components are completely dry after cleaning before reassembly.
