Assembly - Part 1

Attach End Cap to Left Cart Frame

Attach end cap of left cart frame to left cart frame using screws.

Attach Axle and Wheels to Right Cart Frame

Attach axle and wheels to the right cart frame using nuts.

Attach Front Panels to Cart Frame

Attach upper and lower front panels to the assembled cart frame using bolts.

Attach Rear Cart Frame Support

Attach the rear cart frame support to the assembled cart frame using bolts.

Attach Lighting Hook

Attach lighting hook onto the right cart frame using a wing bolt.

Attach Lid Handle and Temperature Gauge

Attach lid handle and temperature gauge to the lid & fire-bowl assembly.

Assembly - Part 4

Attach Lid and Fire-bowl Assembly to Cart Frame

Attach the lid & fire-bowl assembly to the cart frame using bolts, lock washers, and washers.

Assembly - Part 5

Attach Left Side Shelf

Attach left side shelf to the left cart frame using bolts, leaving space for hanging.

Assembly - Part 6

Attach Right Side Shelf for Side Burner

Attach right side shelf for side burner to the right cart frame using bolts.

Assembly - Part 7

Attach Control Knob Plate and Knobs

Attach control knob plate to the front control panel and then attach control knobs.

Install Side Burner

Insert side burner into the side burner pan and secure it with screws.

Assembly - Part 8

Attach Main Control Knobs

Attach control knobs onto the main valve stem and side burner valve stem.

Install Heat Plates and Cooking Grids

Place heat plates and cooking grids into the fire-bowl assembly.

Assembly - Part 9

Install Warming Rack

Place the warming rack onto the designated holes in the fire-bowl assembly.

Install Grease Tray and Cup

Place the grease tray onto its support and attach the grease cup to the grease tray.
