Fire Cement
Some types of fire cement are caustic and should not be allowed to come into contact with
the skin. In case of contact wash immediately with plenty of water and consult manufacturers
guidelines.
Asbestos
Morsø stoves do not contain asbestos. If there is a possibility of disturbing any asbestos in
the course of installation then please seek specialist guidance and use appropriate protective
equipment.
In the UK these stoves have been approved by HETAS Ltd as an intermittent operating appli-
ance for burning wood logs only.
It should be noted that it is an offence to burn wood logs in a stove if it is installed within a
Smoke Control Area in the UK unless the stove is approved to do so. The nominal heat outputs
for the various stoves are as follows:
