Install
the
djsmantling
tool,

in
the
jaws
of
a
vice
(fig.
L).
Place
the variator
on this
tool
(fig.
1).
Unscrew
the lock
nut
(1.
H.
thread)
on
fixed
cheek
usinq
a
35mm
box
wrench
(fig
.
2).
Unscrew
and remove
the fixed
cheek
usinq Tool
No. L00027
(fig.
3).
Remove
the sliding
cheek,
the
ball
guide,
and
the balls.
Loosen
and
remove
the 4
countersunk
screws
holding
the drum
to
the hub
using
a
screwdriver
or an impact
screwdriver
(fig.
+).
Remove
the drum
assembly
with
the f'lyweights
and
sprino
washers.
-
Remove
the-flyweiohts,
by
sl iding
them vertical
ly
a'long
their
pivot.
