Reverse
the removal

positioning
the
"master"
link in the
correct
way

REPLACING
CRANKGEAR
BUSHINGS:
Remove
the driven
pulley (refer

page
47
).
Remove
the
crankgear
(see
preceeding
page).
Drive
the bushing
out Li,
usjrrq a steel
drift
punch
(tZmm) (fjg.
3).
Drive
the remaining
bushing
out with
the
20mm
steel tube.
Fit
new bushings
by
usjns
Tool
No. 100009
(fiq.
4).
Insert
the
crank
axle in
the
bushings.
The
axle
should
turr
free'ly
without
play
(if
necessary
use a
16mm
reamer
on the
bushjnqs).
