REMOVING
THE CRANKGEAR:
-
Remove the
driven
pu1ley
(refer
to
page
47
).
Remove
the
reta'ining rins
(opening
pf
iers,
No. 100002)
and thrust
washer
(fig.
1).

Remove the
R.H. side
cover.
Release the chain
tensioner
(fig
.
2).
Slip the
pedal
chain off or remove
it
jf
it is due
Remove
the crankgear with the
R.H. crank and
thrust
the
crank
if
the
crankgear
is.due
l'ur
repiacement:
ADJUSTING
THE
CRANK
AXLE
SIDE
PLAY:
Fit
the thrust
washer
on
the crank axle.
Fit
the
crank axle
jnto
the
bushings.
Fit
the ring and thrust washer
(fig.
1).
The shaft
should
have
almost
0.1mm
side
play.
If
necessary,
perform
a correct
adjustment
by us'ing
