AND BALLS

Install the
new hub bearing
cups
using
(fig.
4).
Make sure the axle
is
perfect'ly
true.
Tool No. 100014
(tube)
and a
hammer
If
it
is
not,
fit
a replacement
the axle
end.
(tzmm
wrench).
on the
brake
drum side and
fit
balls and
fix
the
other
oil
de-
one.
Screw
in the new
cone
on
almost
50mm from
Fj
t
the
keyed washer and the cone
I ock
nut
Smear the cups
with
grease,
fit the balls
the oil
deflector.
Insert the axle
in
the
nut,
fit
the
other
flector
(fig.
5).
Screw
jn
the cone
lock nut
and
keyed washer.
The wheel
should
turn
freely
wjthout
play.
Fit
the
foam
washer
(replace
jt
if necessary),
the
spacer, the
speedometer
drive unit,
the
washer
and
the
nut without
locking
it.
Fit
the wheel
(refer
to
page
67
).
Tighten the axle
nut
on the
brake
side.
Connect
the
speedometer control
on the
speedometer
drive unjt
and
tighten
the
nut
(t8mm
wrench).
Lock
the
axle
nuts
whjle
applying
the
brakes.
