What to do if the Motorola Solutions Battery Charger has a blinking red LED indicator?

If the Motorola Solutions Battery Charger LED indicator is blinking red, first ensure you are using a Motorola Solutions authorized battery listed in Table 1, as other batteries may not charge. Remove the battery and clean the three metal contacts on the back with a pencil eraser before placing it back in the charger. If the blinking continues after powering up the charger, the battery may need to be replaced.
