Troubleshooting
I cannot make/
answer calls.
Make sure that you have a phone
signal. Avoid electrical or radio
interference, and obstructions
such as bridges, parking garages,
or tall buildings.
Your phone may also have the
Call Barring feature turned on. If
you know the unlock code, you
can change this setting in the
security menu.

inserted and working.
My phone has
poor reception
and drops
calls.

others on my

by scrolling with the Navigation
Key to either the right (to
increase) or to the left (to
decrease) the phone volume in
my earpiece. Also, make sure that
your phone's earpiece is not
blocked by its carrying case.
I cannot open
my inbox.
Before you can use text or
information services messages,
you must set up the appropriate
inbox.
