Resetting Your Phone
If your phone becomes frozen on a single display, error
message, or power up, reset your phone as follows:
3 Press the bottom
of the phone into
the front cover
until the side tabs
snap into place.
4 If your cover has a
removable side
band, attach it
now.
5 Insert the bottom
of the back cover.
6 Press the top of
the back cover
down until it hooks
over the cover
release button.
Do This
1 Remove your phone’s back and front cover as
described on page 20.
