Using Your Phone
To enter text using the tap method:
Character Chart
Use this chart as a guide for entering spaces, numbers,
letters, symbols, and other characters with the
Tap Method
text mode. Press the same key repeatedly to cycle through
available characters.
Do This To
1 Press a number
key one or more
times
cycle through the characters
associated with the key and
select the character you want
(see page 41).
2 Continue to
press number
keys
enter the rest of the
characters in the text
message.
3 Press
OK

) accept and store the text
when you are finished.
