Talk Confirmation Tone
When you turn on the talk confirmation tone, your radio sends a unique tone when
you finish talking and release the
Abutton. It’s like saying “Roger” or “Over” and
lets others know you’re finished talking.
There is a different talk confirmation tone for each call tone you select. (See page 14.)
When this tone is turned on,
N appears on the Standby screen.
To turn the talk confirmation tone on or off:

G four times.
