New batteries are not fully charged.

Pull out the connector cover, and insert
the charger into the micro USB connector
on your phone as shown.

Remove the battery door.

Push the battery down until it clicks into
place.

Replace the battery door and slide it up
while pressing gently until you hear a
click.
