To enter text in tap mode, press a keypad key repeatedly to
cycle through the letters and number on the key. Repeat this
step to enter each letter.
For example, if you press

one time, your display shows:
Msg 449
Ug
Character
displays at
insertion point.
After you enter
text, press the
Send To key to
enter
recipients.
Press the Delete
key to
delete
character to left of insertion
point.
After
2 seconds,
character is
accepted and
cursor moves
to next
position.
