Allow apps to run in background
Background APP management boosts the app you’re using by restricting other apps from running in the
background, which may cause some notifications to be postponed or not delivered.
To allow apps to run in the background, you can turn on exceptions:
1. Go to Settings > System > Performance.
2. Tap Background APP management.

To allow a listed app to run in the background, turn it on .
4.
To allow all listed apps to run in the background, tap > Turn all on.
Note: If you notice an app you’ve allowed to run in the background slows the phone down or consumes
too much data, turn it off.
