When troubleshooting, always observe the color of the LED:

• Thermistor Open

If a battery is in the pocket,
ensure that the power supply
is plugged into the proper
main outlet.
If the indication continues,
remove the battery. Inspect
the charger and battery
contacts to ensure they are
clean. Reinsert the battery.
