Radio Stun
Radio Stun indicates that the radio is disabled.
When your radio is in Radio Stun mode, all the buttons
except for Power/Info and Volume Up and Volume Down
buttons are disbled. All voice activity and LED indications
are disabled as well.
In powered on state, pressing the Power/Info button
displays the Radio Stun screen.
