The MOZA R9 is a direct drive wheel base, meaning the steering wheel is directly connected to the motor, providing highly accurate and powerful force feedback. Connecting a power supply with a different voltage or a non-original power supply, even if compatible, is strictly prohibited. If the power supply cable or its connectors are damaged, split, or broken, or show signs of mishandling, it should not be used. Users should never connect or disconnect the power supply to the back of the base if it is already powered by the 220V mains socket. When the device is not in use, the power supply should always be disconnected from the 220V socket. To safely disconnect the power supply from the base, users should first unplug it from the 220V power socket, wait for the power LED to turn off, and then remove the connector from the base.
The MOZA R9 is not user-repairable. Any repairs must be carried out by the manufacturer, an authorized representative, or a qualified technician. Disassembling the device will void the warranty. In case of abnormal operation, such as unusual sounds, heat, or odors, users should immediately stop using the device, unplug the power supply cable, and disconnect other cables. It is also important to avoid pouring any liquid on the product or its connectors, short-circuiting the product, or pulling/twisting the connectors and cables.
